It’s Sunday! That means another edition of Sunday Funnies. I hope everyone had a wonderful Mother’s Day today.
R was telling me that her little brother is her favorite dress up doll. Next thing I know, I see him walk out of her room in an Anna costume.
I went to the bathroom and when I came back, R had the (glass) diffuser completely taken apart. She had put water in it and was in the process of putting oil in. None was spilled. It was clear she had smelled them to pick which one she liked best. I wasn’t sure if I should be upset or impressed.
I told R that I would give her 5 stickers on her potty chart if she could get L to pee in the potty. I desperately don’t want to potty train again.
The kids had their year-end program at Mother’s Day Out. They just sang songs. Most of the children stood on stage, completely frozen. But L danced to every song. It was quite the entertainment.
I was feeding the baby and could hear coloring. I didn’t think much of it since R was sitting at the counter drawing. When I was finally able to get up, I discovered L in the hallway, drawing on the wall, with a sharpie.
We need to remember to lock our bedroom door in the morning. Who else has been there?
